Arctic North provides a manufacturer’s 1 year limited warranty against defective jackets from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to authentic products purchased directly from www.arcticnorth.com or an authorized retailer. In order to take advantage of the warranty, the product must be brand new, must have its original packaging, and come with the receipt provided at the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or variations in color.
If you are not satisfied with a product bought directly from the Arctic North website, send us an email to info@arcticnorth.ca with an explanation as to what the concern or problem is and the sales department will contact you. Please keep in mind that all customized jackets (Premium Jackets) cannot be returned or exchanged. If the return is authorized, the procedure is as following:

Kindly Note that the Return & Exchange shipping fees are paid by the customer. The exchange or Return should be done within a limit of 14 days only.
